Maybe it's the hand-crafted taste. Maybe it's the feeling of being unattainable, since you can't currently buy this in my home state of VA. Maybe it's the sunlight filtering through the bottle. Or, maybe I just like it.
No, neither one of these sweet little things belongs to me. But I love what this shot represents; both sets of parents came together to see the grandkids, and I'm missing them already! And you can see my reflection, ironically.
This is SOOC (no edits.) I wish I had some minutes to scrap together, I'd edit that chocolate stain right off the front of his sweatshirt. But it reminds me that we live life to the fullest around here.
** Every image on this photoblog is SOOC (Straight out of the Camera), unedited in any way **
It's really very simple. I love the visual representation of the world and the people in it. I love the joy, the pain, and everything in between. I have always had this love affair, and probably always will.
I have another blog for the written word. It turns out, I have a lot to say over there.
Someday, I would very much like to formalize my love affair into being a portrait photographer, and this blog is part of that journey. If you see something you like, please let me know.
