Days 178-179: Wide Eyed Wonder

We visited the Boardwalk while we were at the beach, and my 3-year old had these wide eyes the entire time, taking it all in. I love these serious shots of him, it really reveals his personality.

Day 177: Like Father, Like Son

One of my all-time favorites. Look at the matching dimpled chins.

Day 176: Crash and Crush

Check out the wave crashing behind the sand castle that is about to be crushed. (I know! What are the chances I could capture these two things before they crash?)

Day 94: Last Last-Look

I always reserve the right to change my mind. My hope is to edit out those bright red shorts, and repost!

Day 93: Last Look

Okaaaaay.. I think this is the last beach shot I'll post.. I think I've stretched those out long enough. Aren't you relieved?!

Day 92: Lighthouse

At the beach last week, this was my target while I was running. I never make it this far, but it's such a great goal to have..

Day 91: Beach Bubbles

Nikon D5000

Day 90: Smart & Zulu

No, neither one of these sweet little things belongs to me. But I love what this shot represents; both sets of parents came together to see the grandkids, and I'm missing them already! And you can see my reflection, ironically.

Day 89: The Essence

This is SOOC (no edits.) I wish I had some minutes to scrap together, I'd edit that chocolate stain right off the front of his sweatshirt. But it reminds me that we live life to the fullest around here.

Day 87: Birds, Here Are Cookies!

(That's a Frog and Toad reference, for all of you playing at home with no toddlers.)

Day 86: Watching

Last summer, when we went to this same beach, the dogs found all sorts of ghost crabs running around. They waited. They watched. This year, their hiding spots were better.

Day 85: Waiting for Wind

Camera: Nikon D5000

This Hobie Cat was just sitting there, almost begging someone to come let it play with the wind and surf!

Day 84: Sandy Self-Portrait

Camera on all shots posted 4.3.10: Nikon D5000

I was trying to capture the wind with this shot. No dice, but it's still an interesting shot.

Day 83: Free As A Bird

Edited (yes, I have to tone it down a bit.)
